The distributed computing project Folding@Home has been in existence for almost 20 years, but due to the nature of the COVID-19 virus, it has never been in more dire need than now. Utilizing the computing power of the masses, it replicates the folding procedure that takes place in proteins, something that could potentially help us learn more about the new COVID-19 virus.
Here at Enact Our Dreams, our students are actively taking part in this collective effort, and encourage everyone else to do the same as well.
